Add-ons to the package can be done during ordering. If you are an existing customer, they can be done in your billing control panel. Information on Add-Ons can be found at the Add-Ons Page.

Details Of What This Package Includes

Disk Space
300MB Space holds plenty of space for your website and email needs for a small family or starter website. If it is not enough, upgrade options are available to increase in varying increments of space. You can do this by following what is described in the "Upgrading Certain Aspects of the Package" section found below on this page. You also can simply upgrade to the next package level with pro-rated costs.

Domain Names
You will need your own domain for all our packages. We will not take non-domain based orders. So if you have a domain already, or want to register a new one, we can handle it! Domains are only $10 a year for the common domain configurations (.com, .net, .org, etc)

POP3 Mailboxes
250 POP3 Mailboxes are included with your account. You can have e-mail addresses such as fred@yourdomain.com or info@yourdomain.com. Those would go to real mailboxes which reside on the server until you download them into your favorite mail program (i.e. Outlook).

Unlimited E-mail Forwarding
You get unlimited e-mail forwarding with this account and any other account that Crazy Web Hosting offers. What this means is you can set an email like info@yourdomain.com to forward all e-mail sent to that address somewhere else. Those emails would go to your personal e-mail i.e. bob@aol.com or jane@msn.com as set by you when you enter them.

Horde is our personal favorite due to the all inclusive features and options. However, each person has his/her own preference.

E-mail Spam and Virus Blocking
Here at Crazy Web Hosting, we take spam and viruses very seriously. We want our users to experience the best possible mail package around. In order to maintain that high level of expectation, we have included Spam Assassin and MailScanner. Click on their logos below to find out more if you are interested in the technical aspects.

All spam e-mails are analyzed and stamped then e-mailed to the user for analyzing. Viruses are automatically cleaned and discarded. Cleaned e-mails then proceed onto the mailbox where they were originally destined for as if nothing happened. You can turn SpamAssassin off or on within your Control Panel. You can also even customize the rules that SpamAssassin uses to tag spam.

Support For Leading Web Technologies
We support the use of leading web technologies such as Shockwave Flash, MySQL, PHP4, Perl, ImageMagick, OpenSSL, and more to enhance the visual appeal, security, and functionality of your website!

cPanel XSkin Control Panel
This is the full version of the normal cPanel Control Panel. This XSkin cPanel program will let you do all kinds of stuff including installing miscellaneous free programs, adding/removing e-mail accounts, viewing statistics, controlling ftp access, and much more! Statistics Overview
Website Statistics are available for viewing, anytime, from your Control Panel! They allow you to view where your visitors are coming from, how many times they visit, and what they are looking at the most. Those are very detailed statistics and you will be pleased! We currently offer two different flavors of statistics -- AWStats and Webalizer. Click on the icons below to find out more about them.

Daily Backup of Website and E-mail
We backup your stuff, for free, daily - weekly - monthly. You also can download the day's backups to your own hard drive from the control panel!

Spectacular Support For Your Website Needs!
Our responsive E-mail support is available to all of our customers. We also have an incredible support ticket system which lets us keep track of your problems and/or requests. You can also reach us in a few different ways -- AOL Instant Messenger, Support Ticket System, E-mail, Fax, or Pager. We also have Live Chat Support through the webpage available during the day. Upgrading Certain Aspects of the Package
Just go to your billing account, login, and then click on My Sites on the menubar, and scroll down to select My Packages. Click on the package which you want to upgrade or add-on to.

Make sure the circle is bubbled in for "Change Add-Ons for the EXISTING Base Package Above" and click on Continue. You'd then select your add-ons and proceed. Information on what Add-Ons you can do are found at the Add-Ons Page.
